Low Carb 2 Minute Microwave Bread



I absolutely love this bread made in 2 minutes in the microwave using milled flaxseed.  I have it with marmite or as a tuna melt or as a bread to go with a curry..

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Butter (15g / 0.53oz)

1 Large Egg

4 Tablespoons Ground Flax (26g/ 0.92oz

½ teaspoon Baking Powder (2.5g/ 0.09oz)

Microwave for 2 minutes and it's done ...enjoy


Macros:Calories - 252Fat - 26.5gNet Carbs: 1g (9g carbs - 8g fiber) Protein: 12g



I also made it on the hob and will be doing this when I go camping or on holiday!
